Cash Balance: Real-money funds you deposit or win and that are not subject to wagering requirements.

Dispute process: contact our support first; if unresolved, you may escalate to iGaming Ontario in accordance with its player dispute process. Courts of Ontario have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory arbitration is required by law.
Other eligible Canadian jurisdictions (KGC - 00930): These Terms and disputes are governed by the laws of the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake and applicable federal laws of Canada. Dispute process: contact our support; if unresolved, you may refer the matter to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's designated dispute resolution process.
Conflicts and ineligibility: Service availability is subject to local law. We may restrict access in provinces/territories where permitted operations are limited or prohibited.
